What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the guest is prioritized in order to have the reputation of friendly clean environment
It feels very much like family.
The only positive thing is the payment, but there is no opportunity to work more since you have to be related to the supervisors or have a working family to be able to have hours.
There is no culture or respect or opportunity for those who want to advance unless you are smiling constantly at the managers and treating them like Gods.
My direct manager and Director genuinely care and try to make appropriate changes where they are able. We don't feel the "All in"
Positive feedback at the meeting
The history behind the walls of the Homestead actually brings people together. Not only does my department act as a team, but so does the rest of the departments of the Homestead as well. Everyone is very friendly, nice, and respectful of one another no matter what department they are from.
The people are just very nice and positive.

Hire better leaders that will up hold health code standards
