Growth, quality relationship and support
guiding and helping the team as a whole, ensuring safety and health requirements are met.
Very approachable. They care and want the best for the trilogy (Guest, Associate and Owner).
they really listen and take that All In mentality to heart
They work with you as a couple
They really need to pay attention to company policies and enforce them, especially when managers gain the power to control the schedule,
Everything, communication and doing a better job at health code violations that need to be addressed
Training employees. Communication with employees.
Overtime, being able to do more in my job with provision.
It's comprehensive. Lots of choices, fair compensation, PTO and holidays are great. The longer you are with Omni the richer the PTO.
Free nights at any hotel.
You have PTO time for yourself
It's all around very good.
We would like a 4 day work week option for FT. Increased hourly rate, a higher percentage of our service charge or a percentage of our service cost. All the Omni Spa's pay differently. We are the only one without a percentage of the treatment cost.
I feel undervalued because of my previous experience before the Homestead. I am a fast learner and feel that I am a great asset to the team.
If I was paid more for all that I do.
communication, respect towards each other's opinion and ideas
We work well together and put a lot of effort into our work. We are passionate about our work and look forward to coming in each day.
everyone is great and genuine and are empowering at work obviously there are those low times but we all rally together
Everyone on the team acts as one unit. They actually act like a team instead of calling themselves a team and not helping one another when the time comes.
The team all works for the same goals to better the business.
Hire better leadership as soon as possible
Paying attention to the task at hand. Staying focused on one task at a time. Dealing with Distractions.
the guest is prioritized in order to have the reputation of friendly clean environment
It feels very much like family.
The only positive thing is the payment, but there is no opportunity to work more since you have to be related to the supervisors or have a working family to be able to have hours.
There is no culture or respect or opportunity for those who want to advance unless you are smiling constantly at the managers and treating them like Gods.
My direct manager and Director genuinely care and try to make appropriate changes where they are able. We don't feel the "All in"
Hire better leaders that will up hold health code standards
Management can be more understandable and communicate better.
invasive, detailed, and discussed all aspects of the job description
They gave me an offer.
I interviewed over 10years ago. The process is different now.
they were quick to respond to any questions
Getting to know the head of my department, as well as share with her a little about myself. Also being able to see the department I would be working at and meeting the staff working that day.
Interview was smooth and simple
helping and controlling the flow of guest room check-ins and check-outs
Being able to do what I love.
I love what I do! The perfect day is being valued and well compensated. Coming into work and everything is functioning so I can truly focus on my guest. I can adjust the lights, offer music choices, the air conditioning is working properly throughout the spa, the elevator is running.
Knowing I get the opportunity to learn new things
Just being surrounded by great people
