It's comprehensive. Lots of choices, fair compensation, PTO and holidays are great. The longer you are with Omni the richer the PTO.

everyone is great and genuine and are empowering at work obviously there are those low times but we all rally together

Everyone on the team acts as one unit. They actually act like a team instead of calling themselves a team and not helping one another when the time comes.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It feels very much like family.

The only positive thing is the payment, but there is no opportunity to work more since you have to be related to the supervisors or have a working family to be able to have hours.

There is no culture or respect or opportunity for those who want to advance unless you are smiling constantly at the managers and treating them like Gods.

My direct manager and Director genuinely care and try to make appropriate changes where they are able. We don't feel the "All in"

Being able to do what I love.

I love what I do! The perfect day is being valued and well compensated. Coming into work and everything is functioning so I can truly focus on my guest. I can adjust the lights, offer music choices, the air conditioning is working properly throughout the spa, the elevator is running.
