Mr. Robin G. Seim, also known as Rob, has been the President of Global Automation and Medication Adherence at Omnicell, Inc. since March 2016 and served as its Executive Vice President of Global Automation and Medication Adherence from January 2016 to March 2016 and served as its Executive Vice President for International and Global Quality & Manufacturing since August 2015. Mr. Seim served as the Chief Financial Officer at Omnicell, Inc. from February 2006 to August 2015, Executive Vice President of Finance, International & Manufacturing since February 09, 2015 and also served as its and Principal Accounting Officer. He served as Executive Vice President of Finance, Administration & Manufacturing at Omnicell, Inc. from March 2012 to February 09, 2015. He served as Vice President of Finance of Administration and Manufacturing at Omnicell, Inc. since January 2009 and also served as its Vice President of Finance. He co-founded Villa Montage Systems and served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President from September 1999 to February 2001, an early stage startup that developed infrastructure for the broadband communications market. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Mirra Inc. since February 22, 2005. From July 2001 to December 2004, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Candera. He served as Vice President of Finance of Candera Inc. He joined Candera after serving 19 years in Executive and Senior Management positions in the storage and networking industries. He served as Vice President, Finance & Planning of Nortel Networks, where he led the very successful financial and operational integration of the Bay Networks acquisition. From May 1997 to 1998, he served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Bay Networks Inc., where he spearheaded a program of process and quality improvement, brought many of the corporation's financial measurements to best in class levels and initiated a new manufacturing site in Ireland. He held number of Financial Management positions with IBM from 1982 to 1995, including Controller of their multi-billion dollar worldwide disk drive line of business and manager of accounting for the western United States. His experience spans a broad range of accounting and financial disciplines including business model restructuring, financial control systems, process and quality improvement and merger and acquisition integration. He started his business career in 1982 with IBM, serving in a variety of financial positions at three divisions over the course of fourteen years with IBM. Mr. Seim holds a B.S. in accounting from California State University, Sacramento.
