Omnicom Media Group Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Large number of PTO days

Great cmmission opportunities, alongside a healthy basic salary.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Taking away snacks and refusing to pay above minimum wage

A Salary increase due to experience and the equity in the market.

They massively under pay staff and overwork people to their bones, tend to just keep the cream on the top for the C-suites.

No pay raises after three years

Performance raises, promotions, cost of living raises, more interactions (not just newsletrers and mass agency emails) with other parts of the company.

If I was payed more and recognized for my efforts and contribution.

I pay way too much for a not-so-great health insurance plan.
