They massively under pay staff and overwork people to their bones, tend to just keep the cream on the top for the C-suites.
No pay raises after three years
Performance raises, promotions, cost of living raises, more interactions (not just newsletrers and mass agency emails) with other parts of the company.
Smart talented and fun. But we all discuss how bad the pay is and how ridiculously out of touch the parent company is.
