What's the work from home policy like at Omnicom?
Working from home depends on the individual agency's policy of remote working. Some agencies allow it by virtue of employees being based across the country, and some allow it on an as needed basis to assist with work/life balance. Being available was key across many agencies rather than being in the office. An employee offline, not responding to emails timely enough or answering his/her cell were not the expected behavior.
