Taking away snacks and refusing to pay above minimum wage
A Salary increase due to experience and the equity in the market.
They massively under pay staff and overwork people to their bones, tend to just keep the cream on the top for the C-suites.
No pay raises after three years
Performance raises, promotions, cost of living raises, more interactions (not just newsletrers and mass agency emails) with other parts of the company.
They could be more honest
Have more communication and sub meeting with co-workers.
Understaffed and overworked across the board. Low morale
The executives say they care about people in the company but you can only get salary increases if you can prove that you make them more money than you already do with your regular position that you were hired for.
Fair pay, on time reviews (I Have NOT had a review in nearly 3 years!!), incremental wage increases on par with market
