What is the best part about your compensation package?

Everything we work for is compensated.

Savings Fund and annual bonus

The bonus is very good and the benefits are average.

Growth has been stellar so the bonus' which come out before Christmas are SOLID. PTO days increased and are almost at a level of the best companies.

Worth for the work life balance

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay equal to market value for skills. Need help getting a number, call a recruiter and ask
