The level of transparency since Ray Greer, Paul Nagy and others arrived has made it feel like we are part of nearly every aspect of the company.
They are organized, direct, and motivating.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything we work for is compensated.
Savings Fund and annual bonus
The bonus is very good and the benefits are average.
Growth has been stellar so the bonus' which come out before Christmas are SOLID. PTO days increased and are almost at a level of the best companies.

Clear agenda. Clear expectations from the meeting.
Most of the people are willing to share information and help the team
Diversity of people and thought
Honestly, I only experience pain with maybe 3 people within the organization. The rest will do whatever to assist no matter the randomness of the request.

Very diverse culture but include everyone into one family.

Leadership is always looking for a way to make things more cohesive and/or fun.
The most positive thing about the environment is the open floorplan.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The external test and the one on one interview with the VP of the department.
Varied interviewers outside the department interviewed for.
The recruiting team was very involved and caring. They helped my transition from Army to civilian.
What makes you most happy at work?
Very positive vibes from existing and new customers.
The tone is chill and the customers and vendors have been far more happy since Omnitracs has been a part of Vista.
The people I work with and the projects I get to work on.
Technology executives have pushed too hard for business goals and failed to understand how IT can build/maintain stability.
