Culture is very contemporary and inclusive of different personality types and talents, there is clear diversity of thought and the culture supports sharing new ideas. There is often food and happy hours to foster engagement -- you are always getting to know a new person within the office.

I love that OnDeck is a culture of learning. Most people genuinely want to continuously improve on themselves and grow their knowledge and skills in their area of work. I also love all of the office events and happy hours that bring people together.

We take the time to promote our culture and collaboration within OnDeck and outside of OnDeck. Outside of your day to day, you're encouraged to collaborate with teams outside of your own. OnDeck allocates dollars for guest speakers, trainings, sport and community teams, volunteering efforts+.

That even though we are spread across 3 separate offices in the US that we are very much One Team. People regularly visit each other in the different offices and having that face time really helps to improve relationships and cross collaboration.
