Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The insurance from previous years was good, but this year the out of pocket max is more than twice what it was last year, no matter which tier you chose. I make less than the local average for my position, been promised a raise & job title change this year, though, so here's hoping!
