I get paid to do a job. The check keeps coming, i keep showing up. There is no loyalty from the company.
The benefits are amazing. Two hundred hours combined PTO to start, they cover the majority of health insurance costs. They cover some actual doctors office visits if you use the clinic they have a contract with. They have help with setting your 401k up, they have mental health support
