Caron Lawhorn — Senior Vice President of Commercial at ONE Gas

Ms. Caron A. Lawhorn has been Senior Vice President of Commercial at ONE Gas, Inc. since 2014. Ms. Lawhorn served as Vice President of Commercial - Natural Gas Distribution at Texas Gas Service Company, Inc. She served as Senior Vice President of Commercial - Natural Gas Distribution at ONEOK Inc. since January 1, 2013 to January 31, 2014. Ms. Lawhorn was responsible for three natural gas utilities - Oklahoma Natural Gas Company, Kansas Gas Service and Texas Gas Service. Ms. Lawhorn served as Senior Vice President of Commercial & Natural Gas Distribution at Oneok Partners, L.P. since January 1, 2013. She served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Viking Gas Transmission Company. Ms. Lawhorn served as the President of ONEOK Distribution Companies of Oneok Partners L.P. since February 2011 to December 2012. She served as Vice President and Controller of Oneok Inc. from 2004 to February 1, 2005 and served as its Vice President of audit and risk control. She served as the Treasurer of ONEOK Inc. since February 1, 2005 to 2006. She served as Treasurer of ONEOK Partners L.P. She joined ONEOK in 1998 as Manager of auditing. Before joining ONEOK, she worked with KPMG LLP and served as its Chief Financial Officer for the Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) in Tulsa. She served as a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP. She is a member of the Executive Advisory Board of the University of Tulsa College of Business, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Oklahoma Academy and the Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium. Ms. Lawhorn is Treasurer of Sainit Simeon's Episcopal Home. She is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma and Leadership Tulsa. Ms. Lawhorn earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Tulsa, where she was named an Outstanding Alumna in the College of Business.
