I get to do my own thing and I’m not being micromanaged. If I come up with something or accomplish anything my work is recognized by my management and I’m shown appreciation for making
My work hours and the flexibility I al allowed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company isnt growing. They wont take risks. Yelp reviews from customers are bad across the service area because of company policies. Its hard to do business with the company.
I used to be excited when I started 5 yrs ago because it was a family environment even though I was putting in 18 hours a day, but now it seems like everyone is out to make each other look bad so they can move up
