What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be accountable, collaborative and professionally mature.
Communication needs improvement and they need to teach the new guys with hands on and not by them watching you do everything
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They talk about culture, but i cant explain it. Most people work hard.
There needs to be more of a family feel instead of a negative environment

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company isnt growing. They wont take risks. Yelp reviews from customers are bad across the service area because of company policies. Its hard to do business with the company.
I used to be excited when I started 5 yrs ago because it was a family environment even though I was putting in 18 hours a day, but now it seems like everyone is out to make each other look bad so they can move up
