We all have different strengths and weaknesses, so we're all able to help each other out and learn.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Really supportive of employees, tries to create a lot of team-building and opportunities for connection on local and national levels.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My current manager is flexible and understanding without being a pushover. She's supportive and easily recognizes our individual strengths, then encourages us to use them to support each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm able to work from home practicing telemedicine now, so the flexibility is fantastic. My colleagues and manager are amazing to work with. I really enjoy their on-line company. We all work well as a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our comp used to be poor, compared to industry standard. The company made significant positive changes this year, however. Our benefits improved significantly and our compensation is commensurate with experience. Starting out, it's still lower than standard but long-term employees are rewarded.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Fewer interviews overall. It's great that they want to make sure someone is a good fit, but the process takes months and you're often asked the same things several times by multiple different people. Additionally, you don't interview with the person who will become your direct manager.
