What is the best part about your compensation package?

base pay is pretty decent. The benefits were good, now my healthcare costs have skyrocketed.

The leadership team (particularly in engineering) has been putting in some solid effort to make sure comp is fair and transparent.

The base is fair, would like to performance bonuses added, and a matching 401(k).

Bonuses are tied to performance and people know what they're accountable for.

Generous on variable so when team does well I do well.

OneLogin offers to cover your Medical, dental, and vision premiums, plus provides EAP, healthcare advocates, and life insurance. They also keep us well stocked with weekly lunches and snacks.

Not a lot of benefits. But good pay!

I feel I'm paid fairly for my work.

Its ok , yearly compensation review is not competitive
