What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good diversity on the leadership team and several of the leaders truly care about the employees as individuals.
Great sense of team and community. Clear vision and set of steps to get there!

The OneLogin leadership team is very tightly focused on making the company run better. Product vision and direction is more clear than it has ever been, and company culture and morale is higher than ever.
Driven, passionate, focused, visionary, and successful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
better at networking and thought leadership
What is the best part about your compensation package?
base pay is pretty decent. The benefits were good, now my healthcare costs have skyrocketed.
The leadership team (particularly in engineering) has been putting in some solid effort to make sure comp is fair and transparent.
The base is fair, would like to performance bonuses added, and a matching 401(k).
Bonuses are tied to performance and people know what they're accountable for.
Generous on variable so when team does well I do well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay scale is slightly below industry average and the same is true of stock options. However, they are increasing option grants
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone I work has a strong desire to work in a way that benefits everyone. We focus on maintainable code and make a cooperative work environment that offers support but also room to do your work.
Lots of collaboration. Lots of caring people.
Great people with a great sense of team bonding!
Great people. There were a few bad middle managers but they have left or been forced out.
My team is very lean and is built of people who are truly experts in their fields. I'm proud to work with them and learn new things every day.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work in one of the remote offices and the work environment is very casual, friendly, and supportive. We have fun but manage to get work done. :)
Get it right the first time, avoid redundancy.
Our organization celebrates the individual and encourages creativity.
Can do attitude and customer comes first.
People here are approachable and inclusive. We have a culture of being transparent, even as things change rapidly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More ethnic diversity and inclusion
More all-company celebrations and opportunities to hang out outside of the office
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met many of the people who would be members of my teams - each interview had a clear topic and once all interviews were done it didn't take long for the company to come to a decision.
It was very thorough and each interviewer made an effort to cover items not covered by other interviewers.
Everyone was very friendly and open to answering my questions.
We are constantly trying to be aware of what is and is not working well in the interview process.
The team was attentive, friendly, and welcoming.

What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the thrill of solving problems, and I also enjoy knowing that my coworkers have my back, and will give me any help they can if I run into a problem.

This company has fantastic potential to really make a difference in an rapidly expanding field. I have great faith in the executive and management team to guide the company forward to success.
