What did you like most about the interview process?I met many of the people who would be members of my teams - each interview had a clear topic and once all interviews were done it didn't take long for the company to come to a decision.
What makes you most happy at work?I enjoy the thrill of solving problems, and I also enjoy knowing that my coworkers have my back, and will give me any help they can if I run into a problem.
What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone I work has a strong desire to work in a way that benefits everyone. We focus on maintainable code and make a cooperative work environment that offers support but also room to do your work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay scale is slightly below industry average and the same is true of stock options. However, they are increasing option grants
