the level of understanding the new hires have is minimal, senior employees are not being promoted and people are being hired off of the street to do jobs that others can easily do, there are not enough knowledgeable employees left to train incoming employees so they are getting improper training.

High stress, low reward. Beyond the base salary there is not much incentive to be a better employee through training or workshops. There are no clear objectives to work to or improve on other than do better. The hope of it improving is good but wont last without deep, core culture changes.

I like having some challenges at work, and I do not have those anymore. I also dread the nonsense that is sure to arrive as order management alerts, or emails that do not provide necessary information, blame OM for problems caused by incomplete work in other divisions.

we are underpaid, and when I say this, I mean the del taco down the street pays their workers better. feels like were in detention unable to look at our phones 8 hours a day to be underpaid. unless they need us to use our phones and then its ok and i do not remember getting paid to use mine ever.

Work life balance needs work. How can the org improve the experience of an employee? Cut our hours, raise our pay, pay for our benefits as opposed to passing the cost onto us, give us employees a stake in the org. Move us away from just here for the paycheck and into a partnership role.
