The leadership team needs to improve how info is shared. It was previously stated in the September town hall that no one would be laid off and that offshore would be the first to go. Then 2 months later many employees are gone. No one has discussed it weeks later and now I am worried about my job.

My pay is the same rate as it was with a previous company over a decade ago. I have more knowledge and expertise than I did back then but the same pay. The cost of living has increased significantly but the pay has not. In my time here I have seen my rent increase by 30% and groceries by over 10%.

There are no special benefits and no incentives for those who have long-standing tenure with the company. I do not qualify for perk spots either. While it is a nice bonus to pick a prize once every two or so years, this is not a great incentive to acknowledge and reward longevity on an annual basis.

Not getting paid enough money
The cost of living has gone up tremendously so an increase would be good, dept bonus/perk, Christmas Bonus, or paid garage parking or perks given to help reduce the cost some.

Some personalities cannot be improved especially if those employees have been there as veteran or senior employees. More supportive and less strong criticisms, but not everyone needs major improvement in attitudes.

I feel that we need to hire better qualified workers, the newest incoming employees do not pick up the information, nor have the computer basics as they should. It seems as if the standard of employee has decreased.

It can be very surprising how little other departments do not understand the overall process and can't understand what other departments do and how it effects them or how they not doing something correctly or following the established process makes problems down the line.

there is a huge divide within departments and not enough structure. People seem to be task extra work helping other departments but are not doing things properly causing more work. I think just overall team building as well

the level of understanding the new hires have is minimal, senior employees are not being promoted and people are being hired off of the street to do jobs that others can easily do, there are not enough knowledgeable employees left to train incoming employees so they are getting improper training.
