What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pleased with the amount of PTO that is available to me; I don't tend to take much PTO, but it is nice to know that I could take a week off if I really needed to.

All of us are dedicated to making the most out of every day. If there's an issue, we don't sit on it. If the issue involves multiple people, then we all talk through it to get it resolved ASAP. We work as a team and leave no room for miscommunication, which in the end makes us feel accomplished.
