Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better transparency on internal comp levels. I've witnessed several employees with less experience make more than some senior/tenured employees.

Better commissions and more respect

I feel that my style doesn't always fall in line with the typical agency recruiter and I receive a lot of pressure to adjust to KPI structure even if I am succeeding without those numbers. A raise would be nice. I see other roles out there similar to mine paying more.
