What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This is a company that isn’t even allowed to make it’s own decisions so how can any leader really do what is best for the company. Break away from Amdocs or lose talent. Fresh graduates rarely join.

Excellent PTO/Holidays, pay is decent, good bonuses, flexible work schedules.

The office is not nice in anyway. Free food = Cheerios and a slice or two of pizza once a month. Bagels on fridays sure... but look at any other tech company in the area. There’s a games room with no controllers.
