What did you like most about the interview process?I met senior members of the team from the start and had a good sense of their level of commitment to finding the right people who are a good cultural fit. It was not just about skills, but about making sure my work ethic, attitude, and more would make this a good fit for me.
What makes you most happy at work?I thrive in an environment where I am trusted and left alone to do my work without being micromanaged and that is exactly what I get here. They hire talented people who are great at their jobs and trust our expertise. I am most happy being able to make an impact in the organization through my work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Flexibility. We are remote and sick days, mental health days, and overall PTO are encouraged. Everyone is respected and it is understood we have to maintain a work-life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Base salary was lower than other offers I recieved. Performance bonus structure not ideal.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? We could use more sales team members to grow even faster
