Transparency. We have regular company-wide meetings to talk about the state of the organization, the choices that are being made, and what everyone is up to. They are open and honest with us always.

I met senior members of the team from the start and had a good sense of their level of commitment to finding the right people who are a good cultural fit. It was not just about skills, but about making sure my work ethic, attitude, and more would make this a good fit for me.

I got to talk to 3-4 different people and encourage to ask questions and provide feedback.

The peer interview gave me a different perspective and opportunity to ask questions to someone currently doing the job I was interviewing for.
