As a training company, they walk the walk. I've had so many opportunities to learn and train on the job and stretch into roles and projects I never would have imagined initially. They value the ideas of their employees and genuinely want to hear from everyone how we can improve process and product.

overall the best remote first work environment with generous enablement for each employee. PTO is overall good. Benifits lower than SF based tech companies, but not terrible either.
