What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's a strong emphasis on work-life balance and recognizing good work. I truly feel valued and am proud to be part of this team.
I've been given opportunities to take on challenging, meaningful projects that have helped me develop new skills.
Great multicultural team and a lot of training options
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Involving interns in more interesting tasks. Giving feedback to the interns. The mentor needs to get more cooperative/friendly/patient/respectful in case of upcoming questions regarding the given tasks.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount of holidays, bonus, food, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Internship positons are unpaid and no accomandation or insurance is provided. 30 % of the team consists of erasmus interns who don´t get appreciated for working on tasks which are not valuable for there own professional carreer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of talented, supportive individuals who are always willing to share their knowledge, and leadership is both transparent and genuinely invested in employee growth.

Learning a lot of stuff, good atmosphere

As they depend on the interns they should create a higher quality internship position with a better learning environment.
