What is the best part about your compensation package?

Organon is fair and looks into ways of providing quarterly bonuses too - something I never experienced at larger pharma companies. I think we are both innovative and always looking to improve even though we are still new and growing.

The salary and CB are not considered the complexity of issues that some one has but more on the revenue the organization is responsible for. Some functions are having better FSR compared to critical positions that a core organization members have.

My car allowance is pathetic. Every time I buy a new car I have to buy smaller and pay extra. So I feel as if I'm taking a paycut. The maangers do not use the inspire reward system, I do not feel like doing extra anylonger as there is no reward. What management say and what is done is different
