What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation time is earned fairly quickly.
Everything is good when it comes to insurance and benefits. My intentions were to move up with that company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like the name of the company to be changed to "Omaha Trading Company" in reflection of the hard work of the men and women here in Omaha. I also think employee should be allowed to race their forklifts at least once a month. Failing that, a raise would also be nice.
