What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing at all. Except my manager is great. But above him it is just awful.
They are always positive to us
There isn't a lot of diversity. In demographics and in thought. There's a tendency to stick to the status quo and not innovate or take risks
They seem to care about our growth and development at work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and following through with employee concerns.
Knowing what they are doing
Listening and reacting and capable of a decision
Participate dont sit on calls all day and be to impprtant to know the needs of the company. Disappointing a company Berkshire iwns is less than a poorly ran day are.
When someone doesn't have control of what goes on outside the job, their points should be at least be considered as excused. I didn't attend my grandmother's funeral (in mexico) to avoid losing my job. That whole week I dealt with depression. I came in late but still made it. Lost my job due to that
