OTC doesn't care about their employees and has seriously lacked keeping up with inflation for the past few years. Used to be a great environment but sadly it is not anymore.

Decent folks and we all get along well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing at all. Except my manager is great. But above him it is just awful.
