What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing at all. Except my manager is great. But above him it is just awful.
They are always positive to us
There isn't a lot of diversity. In demographics and in thought. There's a tendency to stick to the status quo and not innovate or take risks
They seem to care about our growth and development at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation time is earned fairly quickly.
Everything is good when it comes to insurance and benefits. My intentions were to move up with that company.

Communication and overall awarness and togetherness. Where one goes they all go
Decent folks and we all get along well.

Every one comes im a good mood to work we all have problems but they temd to leave everything at the door and continue probidi g
