What is the best part about your compensation package?

Work-life balance is great. We have 17 days pto in addition to sick leave, company holidays, and half days.

Compensation is very fair and I get lots of PTO. I believe ORTEC truly understands the meaning of a healthy work/life balance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
