What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is phenomenal. Very knowlegeable, kind, hardworking, and genuinely cars about his employees. The executives of the company and those above my manager are impossible to reach if I needed to discuss an issue.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team has no global goal and lacks cohesiveness. Most executives have never worked in healthcare or in a clinic.
