- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Ethics is very questionable. Owners have tunnel vision and when they have a "favorite" employee, no amount of experience and job lnowledge will help you to be recognized. HR has no desire to hear you if you arent a Manager. I was silenced by HR and was not allowed to discuss concerns. Poor!
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Get ownership to stop discriminating against women and fire the employees that are harming the company by being inethical. Reverse the "good ole boys" mentality. Promote more women. Hire more women for managment positions.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Communication is non existant. Teamwork is poor. Cut throat amd lying to management to seem more competent
