Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Changes in the benefits in the past years are terrible.
They continue to change our insurance and make it worse coverage, but more expensive.
OSF likes to pay bare minimum and my manager is always worried about the "budget."
If you have extenuating medical circumstances you will probably lose your job

Instead of beginning at the absolute lowest, starting a little higher based on education

My pay actually got cut by a large amount of money because they decided to "align" all of the hospitals within the ministry. I was valued at some point, but now it has ruined me financially.
