What does the leadership team need to get better at?
trust MPs to do the right thing
Listening to the employees. Making sure departments are fully staffed. Not expecting individuals to take on multiple roles with no more pay
making final direct decisions and honestly need to follow through and participate more
Asking for mission partner opinion instead of just passing information down the line
