Changes in the benefits in the past years are terrible.

They continue to change our insurance and make it worse coverage, but more expensive.

OSF likes to pay bare minimum and my manager is always worried about the "budget."

stop making the nurses do everyone else job, let us be nurses again, remember we are running a hospital not a 5 star hotel...sometimes we have to upset the customer to get them well.

Wait times in the ER are too long, the work load is spread across a thin group of people. We are not paid appropriately for the level of work we do. Until that happens, turn over will be high and employees will continue to be unhappy.
