We support each other and go out if our way to make sure we all meet or goals.
The staff knows tgey are going into an uphill battle every shift and mostly try to band together

It is very slow to get to a job offer.

I feel from the start of getting the call from OSF or even transferring to different department takes longer than i feel it should take.
