Great company culture; everyone looks forward to coming to work. There are plenty of career opportunities so no one feels stuck in just one role. The company is growing rapidly and people are motivated and hard workers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've been here for a really long time and have seen plenty of ups and downs and changes and I like where we are as a company right now. Plus I feel important, so that helps. The company has a great culture and management is dedicated to employee development, both personally and professionally.
