Staff doesn't keep promise and keep changing their saying, thus causing customer to lose more and more money without getting anything in return
The website doesn't disclose the delivery timeframes properly, always gives a estimated delivery date that is computer generated. The Company hides a lot of details and policies that are hidden and you have to dig for the information.

Outline a clear path forward and start showing some encouraging results from the crypto side of things.
The leadership is too focused on making small changes and focus too much on hourly sales reports. They struggle to see anything big picture or long-term focus. If it can't be done in 6 weeks, it's never going to happen. They struggle to do what's really needed to grow the company.

Go ahead and sell the company to someone with an actual business plan. The company needs direction, vision and leadership that is focused on retail e-commerce. Leadship should be more concerned with attracting, retaining, and rewarding talent.
