I have come out of team meeting before thinking "Wow, that was more valuable than any college course I've ever taken"

The leadership team is extremely communicative and innovative. They do an excellent job of maintaining a workplace environment that is conducive to both collaboration and creation.

My interview process was more of a comfortable conversation. I got to know the executive team, they asked about my vision of the company, and myself as an employee, and we talked about potential ideas for content
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At Overtime, we are serious about being entertaining. We have a great staff, and it is evident in everyone's work ethic that they are passionate about their jobs. We work diligently, but have fun while we do it.
