The team here at Overtime is unlike any environment that I have worked in before. Everyone is truly a pleasure to work with, while also being open for any questions and suggestions towards improvement. I can honestly say that I do not dread having to wake up and commute to work in the mornings.
We're a media network, so everyone is always on and ready to work. We're constantly doing stuff on weekends, and the people I work most closely with never complain if we have to do something on Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights. Everyone is accountable for their work and gets it done.
Working collaboratively is seamless with this crew.
