What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Protecting the contractors placed in a work position from discrimination.
look into the people you hire more thoroughly. pay attention to what they do each day and how much they actually do during work time. Again, so much corruption and inappropriate things going on
better background checks on those they hire, if they do background checks at all.
ethics and scruples are needed; a lot of corruption and inappropriate things occurring.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay was adequate for the position and location. The BIG issue was the DISCRIMINATION!!
in this economy, i am thankful for a job but I am definitely looking elsewhere as this is not a place I want to be long term

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The CIO attitude. I have a degree from a reputable institution not a diploma mill and the way she treats us is unreal
It's a very strange climate in the office and I believe there are issues with ethics and scruples.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fire the Project Manager Patrick Brabston.
the leadership/people in charge of departments and exec team-I don't even feel comfortable approaching the HR dept as I feel them as unsafe and that my anonymity would be compromised
take a closer look at some of your executives/vps in the calabasas office
What did you like most about the interview process?
It felt genuine and professional

Make multiple personnel changes there.
What makes you most happy at work?
Ability to work independently on projects.
Closing deals and being given the reins to take chances
Completing assignment on time and within budget.
That several higher ups work remotely from home and that the commute isnt too far from where I live

the vp level needs to be more closely examined
