Shocked that new CIO is in her position. She had no formal education beyond a high school diploma until about a year ago & it was through a diploma mill. History of corruption runs deep with exec team from HR to CIO. Better background checks and better attention to what's really going on needed

That several higher ups work remotely from home and that the commute isnt too far from where I live

The CIO attitude. I have a degree from a reputable institution not a diploma mill and the way she treats us is unreal
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
in this economy, i am thankful for a job but I am definitely looking elsewhere as this is not a place I want to be long term
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the leadership/people in charge of departments and exec team-I don't even feel comfortable approaching the HR dept as I feel them as unsafe and that my anonymity would be compromised
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
look into the people you hire more thoroughly. pay attention to what they do each day and how much they actually do during work time. Again, so much corruption and inappropriate things going on
