employees at my level are good people; experiences and things witnessed while observing some of the ups and how HR is run-there's something not right. Been looking for other places to work.
the pace of the interview process
Shocked that new CIO is in her position. She had no formal education beyond a high school diploma until about a year ago & it was through a diploma mill. History of corruption runs deep with exec team from HR to CIO. Better background checks and better attention to what's really going on needed
