What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pension is good, insrance is giid
I love everything they offer. I could be without
Best part of the compensation package is that PACCAR offers both a 401K AND a pension. That's incredibly rare these days. Anyone who sticks with this company long enough is set up for a very nice retirement.
Amount of holiday days is great
Insurance and retirement also paid timee off
Stock benefits are very generous

They give you a fully funded pension.
Best part of the compensation package is that PACCAR has both a 401K program AND a full pension program. It's like a double pension. Very few companies give you both a pension and a 401K. The retirement benefits are so good it makes up for a lot of other stuff.
You are allowed to chose your benefits. Plus you have a 401K and a pension.
Pension. It may seems not a lot when you first heard about it. But it’s real
the pay is a little low but the benefits are spectacular
