What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team helped maintain a good relationship balance within the company.
the communication on our leader, it brings us so much information from the current state of the job.
We have managers who are targeting people i can prove that

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pension is good, insrance is giid
I love everything they offer. I could be without
Best part of the compensation package is that PACCAR offers both a 401K AND a pension. That's incredibly rare these days. Anyone who sticks with this company long enough is set up for a very nice retirement.
Amount of holiday days is great
Insurance and retirement also paid timee off
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
25$ per hour, it is not enough for the current living and specially for what we are working physically
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most try really hard at thei job
It's a small, but great team.
we have a good vibe
We work together and suppory each other
We support each other well.

Meeting our goals & numbers everyday.

Better HR understandings and information

I like my company because i deliver good services for them and they appreciated it
He was eager to help me understand the job more by helping me understand the enviroment
Interview process was pretty standard. Nothing out of the ordinary.
It was more of a conversation
I know with the amount of people it is difficult to do but i wish it was more face to face as i was in the past.

Good pay and access to good technology to do my job. Good coworkers as well.
Pay rates and overtime wages
I am taken care of for the needs of me and my family by doing a good job for PB.
No mandatory overtime, paid holidays.
